- The swimming pool has no safety-net or pool fence. Property is not suitable or safe for babies and children who are unable to swim unaided.

- Mandatory cleaning lady to work weekdays. Her rate is excluded from rentals. Please pay her directly. R400.00 per weekday.
- Double garage remote parking and parking for another 2-3 in the driveway.
