Enter into the open-plan Living Area – with TV Lounge, indoor Dining seating 8 and Kitchen. Doors lead out from the Dining Area onto the lovely covered Patio, Pool and Braai Area and a Herb Garden.
Stairs lead up to the main Bedroom and two Guest Bedrooms and Bathroom.
The 4’th Bedroom is a selfcontained Flat-let on the side of the House with a private Patio and Braai Area, own entrance Door and mini Kitchenette.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
Main Bedroom: King extra length Bed with Ceiling Fan and en-suite Bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 2: Queen sized Bed.
Bedroom 3: X2 Double Beds with TV which has a SMART TV Box connected to Netflix.
Family Bathroom: Bath, over-head Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 4: X1 Queen Bed with en-suite Bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
There is a private separate Patio and Braai Area, own Entrance, Kitchenette with Bar Fridge. There is a Smart TV connected to Netflix.
ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITY CHECKLIST:
- The House is fully walled. No Alarm System.
- Mandatory cleaning lady to work weekdays. Weekends and public holidays are optional and extra.
- Smart TV. with Netflix and Prime. Tenants to use own log-in details for DSTV. No fixed decoder.
- WiFi – 8-10 mbps uncapped.
- Bed Linen, Bath and Beach Towels are provided.
- The kitchen is equipped with a 5 plate gas hob, electric oven, X1 Fridge/Freeer combo, Dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine.
- The garage has the washing machine. The garage is suuited to one small vehicle or beach equipment.
Parking is uncovered and on the property infront of the garage. - Beach Equipment: X2 Beach Umbrellas and X2 Beach Chairs.
- Non-smoking Property.
- The swimming pool does have a safety net. Please confirm at time of booking if needed.
- Pets allowed on request and application at time of booking. Please note: For those with pet allergies, the Owners have one dog who will not be at the House.
