There are two entrances to the property, one from Longships Drive and one from Great Basses. From the Great Basses Entrance, there are two steps into the wet-room and entrance. This leads into the kitchen.
From the Longships Drive Entrance, stairs lead up from the parking to the front door. Enter into the kitchen and the open-plan living area with TV lounge and dining area.
Doors open onto the decked pool area and a separate patio area with an outdoor table and a sun-umbrella.
The pool area is equipped with 2 sun-loungers and an umbrella, gas braai and outdoor seating.
The lounge is equipped with a smart TV and wood burning fireplace. The indoor dining tables seats 6.
