All on one level, the house is on a corner stand offering two street entrances.
Enter the house directly from the garage or from the front entrance at the patio.
The open-plan living area is equipped with an air-conditioner, TV lounge, indoor dining seating 6, well-equipped kitchen and separate scullery. Folding doors open from both the lounge and dining onto the braai patio with Weber braai and outdoor table seating 6.
The patio is covered with a louvre patio cover and has one full panel of a roller-blind. There is seating for 3 at the kitchen counter.
The main bedroom is on the right side of the living area, while the two guests bedrooms are on the left.

- Mandatory cleaning lady to work weekdays at R350.00 per day. Weekends and public holidays are optional and extra.
