Brackenridge is a private upmarket residential security estate only a few minutes to Plettenberg Bay’s beautiful beaches, boutique stores, wine estates and restaurants.
The garden is professionally landscaped, effortlessly surrounding the home. From the street level, a quart driveway sweeps down to the eye-catching front door, garage and entrance. Enter into the home from either the large garage parking or the front door into the entrance with an impressive view into the spacious and light filled living area upstairs.
Stairs lead down to the main living area. Extra-large glass sliding doors open both wings onto the central pool and courtyard area, creating a seam-less spacious living and entertainment area.
To the left are the two open-plan lounge areas, one with a smart TV and glass doors opening onto a landscaped courtyard, cooling the home in the height of summer. For the cooler months, there is a built-in fireplace. The second living area opens up onto the pool and covered patio. There are two bar fridges and an ice-machine – great for easy access and entertaining. The pool is perfect for cooling off and is divided by a walkway which joins another patio. The pool also has built-in seating overlooking the golf course and valley – perfect for sunsets!
The covered patio has an outdoor dining table and a wood or charcoal built-in braai.
To the right of the entrance is the modern kitchen and indoor dining area also with a fireplace. Property Check-List:
The house sleeps a maximum of 8 guests.
Mandatory cleaning lady to work weekdays from 08.30am until 2.45pm daily. Her rate is included in the rental and is for general housekeeping. The maid will assist with the laundering of bed linen. Should there be more than 6 occupants, a laundry lady may be required to assist – this would be for the tenant’s account at R400.00 per weekday.
Bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided.
The swimming pool has no safety cover or pool net and is not suited to children who are unable to swim.
The kitchen has two built-in fridge/freezer combos, a gas hob and electric eye-level oven and microwave.
There is a separate scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.
Wifi and smart TV’s provided.
Secure garage parking for 2 vehicles. There is space for bicycles and golf carts.
Driveway parking for another 2-3 vehicles behind the garage.
Beach umbrella, X4 beach Chairs and Beach towels are provided.
