The sweeping driveway leads up to the parking and entrance. The front door opens in the entrance hall.
Stairs lead up to the main living area with open-plan living room with a fireplace and large smart TV, indoor dining, kitchen and scullery and bar area. Large glass sliding doors open up onto the top patio with built-in gas braai and outdoor dining table. The master bedroom and full-suite bathroom and a guest bedroom are upstairs.
The downstairs are has the second lounge, bar, rim-flow pool, decked entertainment area and remaining guest bedrooms. There is also the separate laundry downstairs.
Doors lead out from all the bedrooms onto the garden.
From the TV lounge and bar area, doors open up to the entertainment and swimming pool area with a pizza oven, outdoor dining table pool and terraced garden.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: All bedrooms except bedroom 5 have a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 1: King sized bed and full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Double Basin, Full Shower and outside shower. Large glass sliding doors open onto the balcony also with lovely sea views.
Bedroom 2: X2 Single Beds OR X1 King bed and en-suite bathroom: shower, basin and toilet. Doors open up onto the side garden with outdoor garden furniture.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed and ensuite bathroom: Shower, Basin and Toilet. Doors open onto the garden area.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed and a full en-suite bathroom: Shower, Bath, Basin and Toilet and outdoor shower.
Bedroom 5: X2 Bunk beds and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
This can also be used as the downstairs guest bathroom.
There is a separate guest bathroom upstairs.
PROPERTY CHECK-LIST:
- Mandatory cleaning lady included in the rental for 3 weekdays per week from 8:30am until 3pm. This excludes public holidays. Extra days are optional and excluded from the rental. Should there be more than 6 occupants, a second cleaning lady to work a minimum of 3 weekdays per week. Her rate is excluded from the rental.
- The rim-flow swimming pool is not fenced and does not have a pool safety net.
- The property is fully solar equipped.
- The property is fenced and equipped with an alarm system for both inside and outside security beams.
- Bed linen and bath towels are provided along with basic pool towels.
- Secure parking for 3-4 vehicles. The garage is excluded from the rental.
- The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas hob, electric oven and integrated fridge freezer.
- The scullery has a dishwasher and a panty with a walk-in cold room. *For rentals 7+ nights.
- The house has fibre internet available.
- All bedrooms have hairdriers.
- Please note that there is a locked storeroom, wine cellar and study which are are excluded from the rental.
- No smoking home.
- No pets allowed.
