The driveway is on street level with one garage parking and two driveway parkings. Stairs lead up to the front door and main living area.
On this level is the pool, patio, garden and entertainment area, all with lovely views of the lagoon, mountains, bay and ocean. There is a covered outdoor dining and braai area under a shady bougainvillea. Perfect for long afternoon lunches or holiday dinners that extend late into the night.
The main living area has the TV lounge, with lovely views, an indoor dining table seating 6, a kitchen and separate scullery.
The master bedroom is on the top floor, while two guest bedrooms are on the main living area level, just up a few stairs. The 4’th bedroom is separate and independent from the house. Access is via the scullery or from the side of the house.
