Unique beach-front holiday villa offering open and light curated spaces.  Cool interiors which flow to the outdoor entertainment and living areas with your own private heated pool. Enjoy direct access from your garden onto the beach path to the exclusive Solar Beach.
Keep the lights on – the villa is  equipped with an inverter.

The entrance opens into a double-volume open-plan living area with large glass sliding doors opening up completely onto the naturally landscaped garden.
The are has a lounge with TV,  fireplace,  a dining area (can seat up to 15) and prepping kitchen which is well equipped for entertaining, (all with view of the sea and Robberg).  There is a separate modern kitchen and scullery area and a laundry.

Large glass aluminum framed doors lead onto the sea facing covered patio area (with outdoor furniture and table) and the decked pool area and natural fynbos garden.
There is a fire-pit as well as a pizza oven. Weber braai available.

All bedrooms are upstairs and have views of the sea, waves and Robberg Nature Reserve. 

Main Bedroom:  Spacious sanctuary like bedroom.  King sized bed + en-suite bathroom (large bath, shower, separate toilet, heated towel rails). There is a fan as well as a fireplace and under-floor heating for cooler months. Lovely views and doors leading to the balcony.

Bedroom 2:  King sized bed with views and door to the balcony + en-suite bathroom (Toilet, bath and overhead shower).

Bedroom 3:  X2 Single Beds with door to patio and fan. + en-suite bathroom (Toilet and Shower).

Bedroom 4: X2 Single Beds with door to patio + en-suite bathroom (Toilet and Shower)

There are large wooden latte shutters which can close securely at night, covering the upstairs patio allowing you to sleep with the doors open – perfect for hot summer nights.

Stairs lead up to the office and viewing deck – which has an outside open-air shower with both hot and cold water and sun-lounger with roof-top views of the bay.

There is a guest toilet downstairs.

Accommodation & facility check list:

• Linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
• The house is equipped with an 8KW inverter and X2 5KW batteries. This runs the lights, fridge, plugs and Wi-Fi.
• Uncapped Fiber W-Fi – all rooms and living area have been hard-wired for Wi-Fi at 50MBPS.
• Please NOTE: Property may not be safe for babies/toddlers due to high balconies. 
• Heated Swimming pool (13 meters) has no safety net but we can assist with a pool fence. Please confirm at time of booking.
• X1 Mandatory cleaning lady is included in the rate for weekdays only. Hours are from 8.00 am until 3.30pm daily. Please provide her with basic lunch items and refreshments. Should there be more than 6 occupants; a second domestic is to be employed at tenant’s cost.

• DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental.

• Kitchen equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, X2 dishwashers, microwave, fridge & freezer.
• There is a small herb garden which you are welcome to help yourself to.
• 5 plate Gas Hob  and X 1 Gas oven  + X1 Electric Oven

• Heating: The pool is heated.  There are two fireplaces and underfloor heating in some areas of the villa.
