Spacious open-plan living area with TV and DSTV and indoor dining seating 8.
There is a separate kitchen with doors also leading onto the pool and patio area.  The lounge has a free-standing Mexican fireplace.
The swimming pool is in a sunny garden and is fully fenced.
The patio is covered with outdoor patio sofas and a large gas braai.  There is also a built-in braai for wood or charcoal.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
Downstairs:
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with door leading onto the patio and garden.
Bedroom 2: X2 Single Beds with doors leading onto the patio and garden.
Family Bathroom: Bath with hand-shower, Shower and Toilet.
Separate guest toilet.

Upstairs:
Bedroom 3: X2 Single Beds pushed together. There is a single fridge/freezer combo. Doors lead onto a decked patio overlooking the pool and garden.
Bedroom 4: Loft room with X1 Bunk Bed sleeping 2 children. This room is carpeted and has a door leading onto an outdoor open decked patio with patio table seating 6 and views towards Robberg and the surround area.
Family Bathroom 1: Bath with hand-shower, Shower and Toilet.
Family Bathroom 2: Shower and Toilet.
Bedrooms 1-3 have lovely screeded floors while the 4’th bedroom is carpeted.
The bedrooms have many hanging cupboards. The 4’th bedroom’s hanging cupboards are in the passage upstairs.
Basic outside staff room with one single bed and linen and bathroom: Shower and Toilet.

Accommodation and Amenities Check-list:

* One basic set of beach/pool towels are provided.
* Cleaning lady available to work at R300.00 per weekday. Kindly confirm before arrival should you wish to book her.

* Full DSTV included in the rate. There is one TV with DSTV.
* The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, 4 plate electric cooking hob and built-in electric oven. One Free standing fridge and one free standing Freezer, Dishwasher and Washing-machine.
* Built-in wood or charcoal Braai, Gas braai and outdoor patio sofa, chairs and coffee table.
* The tumble drier is in the garage.
* There are internal stairs.
* There are security gates on all downstairs doors.
* Please note that the fireplaces (one upstairs and one downstairs) can get very hot on the surface. * Note for families with babies, small children.
* The pool is fenced but no net.
