This way, we can take full responsibility for the security of your home and its contents. We don’t easily part with the keys of your home to outsiders and only do so against proof of identity and signature unless specifically authorised by the homeowner. We also request that the home alarm system be linked to our 24/7 telephone number to receive notification in the event of any alarm activations or any other incidents requiring attention. HOME MANAGEMENT

We pride ourselves on managing your property with the most outstanding care and responsibility. We offer a variety of home management services:

• The services a dedicated, responsible, and well-trained maid are assigned to the daily scheduled service at your home.
• The scheduled service entails thoroughly cleaning the entire home under the supervision of our management team.
• All maintenance requirements/issues will be logged and reported for your feedback and instructions. We endeavour to appoint professional artisans to perform the maintenance requirements, such as approved and authorised by you, under our supervision.
• Before arrival, all kitchen cupboards, crockery and glassware items are thoroughly cleaned, beds will be made with fresh linen, and the home will be fully prepared to perfection. We can also assist with your motor vehicles, boat and cycle maintenance.
• After your departure, your home will have a thorough deep clean, including laundry, cleaning of stoves and fridges etc.

MAID SERVICE

At your request, we can arrange a maid service or for a cook to help you out at your home for one or a few days or the entire duration of your and or your guests’ stay.

GARDEN SERVICE

Our supervised in-house team will maintain your flower beds, spray weeds on the lawn/driveway, spray roses (if any), mow the lawn and trim edges, tilt and clean beds, and prune and clear foliage where necessary. We also fertilise, add compost and top-dress the lawn on request.

POOL & JACUZZI MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

Our professional in-house team will vacuum, brush the entire pool, test all chemicals/levels and attend to other routine maintenance weekly. They are also highly skilled and experienced in renovations and resurfacing pools, pump repairs and installations, heat pump and chlorinator installations and several other services related to pools and Jacuzzis

BUILDING REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE

We professionally manage your building repairs and maintenance, including waterproofing, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tiling and other general alterations.

Work is carried out by our in-house maintenance team. Should you prefer your own contractors, we can also monitor and keep you informed on the progress of their work.

RENTALS
